Anthropic released Claude Fable 5 on Tuesday: a version of Mythos with cybersecurity capabilities disabled, priced at double its predecessor, and routing select queries back to last month’s model. It is a technically excellent product that tests whether the company’s safety reputation reflects its character or its market strategy.
